Toil and trouble

If you're in college, you know Halloweekend starts tomorrow.

Heck, it might have even started for you already.
At Rhodes, we start our festivities tomorrow and as I scurried between meetings, applications, and my normal academic workload this week, I realized that I had absolutely nothing to wear to any Halloween events.

Chances are I'm not the only one, so I did a little bit of perusing for inspiration, and found that there are a few costume possibilities using things that I already have or that I can get easily (ahem, inexpensively).

Toddlers & Tiaras // I did this last year and it was SO easy and was surprisingly cute in pictures. All you need is a tutu and a tiara. I wore a tank top that went with my tutu and added some bright lipstick since most of those girls have insane makeup on.

Deer // I saw a lot of girls do this last year and it was super cute! Just grab a contour stick and don't rub it in like you might normally do to draw deer features on your face. Add some black eyeliner (pencil, NOT liquid!) to trace the borders of the brown, and add some white eyeshadow on the outside of the black liner. If that explanation made absolutely no sense to you, click here. Throw on a brown t-shirt and some leggings and you're good to go!

The Kardashian of your choice // Don't hold back on the contour + highlight routine, add a body-con dress and some chic heels. Done faster than Kim's marriage to Kris Humphries.

Taylor Swift // Crop top + cute mini + fake microphone (can be made out of a paper towel roll). Ridiculously long list of incredibly attractive ex-beaus not included (sadly...).

Ke$ha // Literally just pour glitter all over yourself. Kidding, kidding, but put some skinny jeans on, tease your hair, and then *go insane, go insane, throw some glitter, make it rain*

Be safe and have fun!
