It's one of the biggest weekends of the year and I couldn't be more excited! We tailgate for hours and just have a blast hanging out on the frat house porches and mingling with everyone.

Since it's such a big weekend, a ton of photos are taken. So, when Dressometry and I put our heads together, I knew that they were going to be the perfect tool to help me find my homecoming dress. (shoutout to my pal Corbin for introducing me!)

On their website, you go to their Design Your Own Dress page, go through their menu options and select different parameters, such as color, length, level of scandal (my personal favorite option), occasion, and more. Their site lets you have a digital personal stylist, and they do all the heavy lifting of perusing a bunch of sites for you.

I selected this black cutout dress from ASOS, and when it arrived in my mailbox, I was a little nervous about the cutouts. I'm pretty self-concious about my waist, but I loved that they were a little higher up on my sides. Pardon my extreme paleness, hehe ;)

I really enjoyed working with Dressometry because instead of spending hours browsing various sites, I was able to find a dress I liked in under 10 minutes, and was able to browse different options from different retailers all in one page. It was incredibly convenient and easy, and I'll definitely return to their site once I start hunting for a formal dress (currently taking applications for dates, btw).

PS - Dressometry has SHOES too! Perfect for starting your Christmas list ;)

This post was crafted in partnership with Dressometry. Thank you for supporting the companies that make Memphis Made possible!

  4. The dress is absolutely lovely! Homecoming is definitely a big weekend, and there's a lot of mingling and drinking typically. Lots of fun, but again...lots of drinking and the hangover the next day is the WORST! Have a great time! xx, adaatude.com
