Quick breakfast

It's the most important meal of the day, so it better be good!









9 times out of ten, I'll make egg whites with mozzarella for breakfast, but sometimes (ok...a fair amount of times) I'm in a huge hurry and don't have time to wait for those eggs to cook! So, my next favorite breakfast option is a sweet, protein-packed yogurt bowl.


Take 4-6 ounces of plain Greek yogurt and put it in a bowl. Add 1 packet of Stevia for sweetness since the plain yogurt is a little bitter. Then, take 2 tablespoons of either almond butter or peanut butter, whichever you prefer, and add it into the bowl. Slice up 4-6 strawberries, and you're good to go! Easy, easy!
