Power Smoothie

Investing in a blender for my dorm room has already proven itself to have been a great choice on my part (#govicgo).

I've been trying to focus on getting better fuel instead of more fuel into my body, and this smoothie has been one of my favorites so far. There isn't any protein powder in it, but when I go home/when I have access to my mom's big cabinet of protein powder I'll definitely throw some in there!

But for now, here's what I've got:

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 handful of ice
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
3/4 cup or about 6-8 strawberries
Stevia to taste

Throw all of these into a blender and you'll have about 24 ounces of smoothie! SO good!

*The photo above does not have peanut butter mixed in. The smoothie looks exactly the same but it tastes better with the PB in my opinion!
