Feeling Fall Link-Up

When Jamie, Carrie, and Laura contacted me about their Feeling Fall Link-Up, I was SO excited. Y'all might remember the link-up I hosted with Hunter, and Carrie and Jamie submitted some awesome posts!

It's still nice and balmy here in Memphis, so a sleeveless dress with boots and a scarf actually does the trick quite nicely. I love this black and white dress (from Target!) because it is so versatile. I'm wearing it with a red scarf and blue boots (not pictured), but I could easily throw on Jack Rogers (I did for rush!) or wedges for a dressier/warmer event. PS - the cupcake is from celebrating MM's first birthday!

1. What is your favorite fall trend?
Definitely riding boots. Unfortunately it's still too hot to wear them yet, but they go with everything and a good pair lasts for years!

2. What is your favorite fall starbucks drink?
Tough one...I'd say my tried and true vent iced coffee. Regardless of how cold it is, it's still my favorite!

3. If you could only wear one pair of boots for this whole fall season, which pair would they be?
My Frye cowboy booties. They go with everything, and since they're short I can wear them year-round without overheating!

4. What is your favorite fall activity?
Probably just walking around! Fall weather is so nice after 4-6 months of super hot sticky-ness in the South, so just being outside, be it walking to class or studying feels great!

Thanks again to Jamie, Carrie, and Laura for hosting! Be sure to check out the other entries.

xx, Victoria

  2. Your outfit was so cute!! And Frye booties are hands down the best -so expensive but totally worth the investment. I've had a pair now for two years and they look as good as new, if not better with all the wear and tear adding authenticity! Thanks for joining the link-up :)
